Sthembele Mkhwanazi is one of our Clouds boys who graduated as a qualified teacher on the 14th of May, 2024. He was ten years old when he was orphaned and joined us at Clouds. He finished his primary and high school locally. He moved to the Halfway House during his tertiary education. He studied at UKZN in Pietermaritzburg for three years and moved to Durban for his final year. Sthembele Mkhwanazi received his PGCE for Further Education in Training and Teaching,in May 2024, to thunderous applause from the floor. His large Clouds family participated loudly and proudly in celebrating his success. Sthembele cannot say enough about how his Clouds mother(s) and his sixty or so brothers and sisters, all the wonderfully generous NUD people along with Germany’s BYOH, have blessed him. He is passionate about History and Geography, his BA majors, and hopes to use them when he is employed.
